Based on your last 'click,' this icon will indicate if you've entered an area that's not quite up to par.

A yellow light will indicate that you've entered an area that's "under construction," a planned area with little or no content, or an existing area that's having content changed or added. Links, (if they've been installed), should work, but the page is bound to improve while you're away.
